jaja9 Terms & Conditions

The following words are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The jaja9 website (jaja9.lat) and all services, games, and features included within it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has created an account on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — The user's registered profile through which platform features are accessed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — A financial stake placed by the user on any game or sports event.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently supported on the jaja9 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• jaja9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal request if fraud or irregularity is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of all financial transactions. jaja9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a transaction made with incorrect information.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus on the first deposit at jaja9 applies, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus as per the maximum limit → total balance ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be fulfilled before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer is valid for single use only and is non-transferable.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus from multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• jaja9 reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• jaja9 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion.

jaja9's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

There is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. jaja9 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

A verified account is required to receive cashback. If a VIP tier changes, the new cashback rate will apply from the following weekly cycle.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on jaja9 are validly deducted from the account balance. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled; however, special platform rules may apply where applicable.

7.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting markets are subject to change. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the associated bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, jaja9 will take appropriate action based on technical logs.

7.4 Unfair Advantage

Any winnings obtained by exploiting a system error or technical vulnerability will be considered void, and the associated account may be closed.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the jaja9 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Operating games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or network.
• Collusion or coordinated fraud with other users.
• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Defaming the platform's brand or services.
